Please note the following method works for the OceanWP theme but the general technique should apply to most themes.
To re-order your WooCommerce products:
- Go to ‘Appearance’ then ‘Customize’
- Go to ‘WooCommerce’
- Go to ‘Archives’ (or the settings for your Product archive display)
- Make sure that default sorting is set to Default (custom ordering + name)
- Once you have carried out the steps above (only required once), go to ‘Products’ in the dashboard menu
- Click ‘Sorting’ from the top menu
- Hover over any product and ‘drag and drop’ to the required position
- WordPress will autosave the changes
- Go to your shop page, reload and check the changes
